Description Not limited to: . Receiving the clients walking in Showroom 2. Discuss the needs of the client directing him to the closest solutions we have weather in display or from the catalogue or the presentations.. 3. Prepare offers, sending it to clients and ensue it is delivered 4. Prepare and send presentation for the offered items, if requested. 5. Follow up on the offer if it includes all requested items and if there r any comments from the client 6. Make necessary revisions of offers together with various alternatives, and price negotiation with management when needed. 7. Make the proper filing (soft & hard) of the Clients information and offers 8. Put on record of offers log/status sheet the reason of closed offers if known to the sales person. PO processing: 1. when offer is being acceptable to client or a PO is being issued by receiving payment from client, a soft & hard copy of the PO is to be issued indicating (sold items with the code, description, finishes, qty., ordered items or from stock) also it should include the client full data, the delivery address, the payment conditions and payments methods ( cash, check , visa) also indicating approximate date of delivery and receiving the remaining payment. 2. the PO to be issued to z procurement department in order to proceed with the order and a copy to Logistics to follow up date of delivery and accounting
