Description     Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner Supervises the day-to-day operations of IT Applications to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures  Ensuring the integration of all systems components; e.g., procedures, databases, policies, software, and hardware.  Ensure the sharp application of information security/ information assurance policies, principles, and practices.  Writing and maintaining documentation.  Ensuring systems availability, functionality, integrity, and efficiency;  Evaluate established methods and procedures and prepare recommendations for changes in methods and practices where appropriate.  Document customer business rules, .business cases, incidents, problems, events and alerts.  Design user interfaces  Preparing business cases for the application of IT solutions.  Defining systems scope and objectives.  Participate in business initiatives that focused on increasing business performance and decrease cost/expenses through business initiatives (Business initiatives are primarily concerned about organization-wide change managements. Average monetary ROI for business initiative is 100k USD, average target is 2-3 initiatives per year ) Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet AICE and department requirements, policies and standards Perform other related duties or assignments as directed Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude
Qualifications     Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering  4-6 years relevant experience as System Analyst for HR & Payroll Oracle ERP applications
