Description Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner Supervises the day-to-day operations of IT Applications to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures Ensuring the integration of all systems components; e.g., procedures, databases, policies, software, and hardware Manage problem solving for problems raised from multi incidents in operations. Ensuring systems availability, functionality, integrity, and efficiency; Develop and maintain problem tracking and resolution databases; Document customer business rules, .business cases, incidents, problems, events and alerts. Design user interfaces Preparing business cases for the application of IT solutions. Defining systems scope and objectives. Planning and scheduling the installation of new or modified hardware and operating systems and applications software.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering relevant experience as System Analyst for HR & Payroll Oracle ERP applications
