Description Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software. Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations. Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware. Troubleshoot incidents related to servers, networks and security products. Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes. Research new technology, and implement it or recommend its implementation Ensure users satisfactions at all times. Work with users to determine their technical requirements and design solutions accordingly. Create server and networks configuration documents as requested. Implement, test and maintain disaster recovery plans for production servers. Develop backup strategy and perform system backups and recovery. Work with IT staff to analyze and resolve problems associated with technical issues. Plan, execute, monitor and close assigned projects. Adhere to set of processes and procedures. Early highlighting obstacles preventing adherence. Timely submission of reports.
Qualifications At Least 5 years working experience. Diploma in Computer Systems, Systems Administration, or related technical discipline. Experience in networking products. Experience in security products and solutions. Experience in Microsoft Active Directory environment. Experience in Microsoft exchange and Microsoft SQL Servers.
