Description -Interact by phone with outside parties to make appointments, collect information or conduct follow-up with customers as well as filed service engineers. Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information. - Determines the customer requirements via receiving calls, mails, emails, or faxes - Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, escalating unresolved problems. - Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features. - Maintains call center database by entering correct & accurate information within certain response time. (ex: enter new customer information into system, update existing customer information, process orders, forms and applications,etc.) - follow up customer calls where necessary - document all call information according to standard operating procedures. - complete call logs - produce call reports - prepare the daily service schedule - follow up the dispatched schedule for each field service engineer. - follow up the incomplete service calls. - technical reports data entry. - Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
Qualifications - Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent , proficient in relevant CRM applications and call center systems - Required Skills : Customer Focus, Customer Service Oriented, Outgoing - Energetic - Enthusiastic Attitude, Good Data Entry skills, Good Listening skills, Phone skills, Verbal Communication skills, Negotiation skills, Attention to details, Building Relationships, Excellent Problem-Analysis & Solving capabilities, Computer Experience, & Multi-tasking ability. Flexibility to work in different working hours, stress tolerance.
