Description Review and prioritize the unassigned orders from system. handle the work operation against the facilities like (Technicians , drivers, location , etc) Classify the job orders in a sheet. Follow up and communicate with customers as per customers availability and the technicians circumstances. Cancel or postpone the job order according to the customers request. Communicate with the customer to resolve any issue after the installation. Review the e-mail and check all the inquiries to update the data on the system. Generate daily report indicating the customers data and the name of the technician achieved the order.
Qualifications Able to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills. Able to handle different types of customer. Has great flexibility and able to handle the work load.
