Other Skills •Overall operational responsibilities of all online teams. •Playing an axial role between different teams within the business unit in order to guarantee the required cohesion. •Planning short & long term Marketing Plans which diversify various marketing channels, online & traditional Media, in order to achieve business objectives. •Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually reports in order to evaluate the overall efficiency and sail the ship into the right direction. •Creating / managing processes flow charts for all teams in order to enhance the quality of the service and guarantee the customer satisfaction. •Creating and editing operational plans. •Intiating negotiations with vendors and suppliers. •Managing advertisements contracts. •Managing business logistics & operations. •Campaign & promotion design.
