Description Reviews all documents related to checks and expense notes to ensure that they are in accordance with the companys policies and procedures. Reviews all payroll issues related to personnel (salaries, overtime, incentive, daily labor wages, bonuses, etc). Reviews all purchase orders to ensure that the inventory level of the requested item is below minimum and verifying the authorization of the requesting department. Reviews prices of items and contracting conditions in vendor offers before giving it to the contractor for implementation. Reviews all financial claims in accordance with the contract conditions, prices and ensures that the contractor/vendor have approved all items included in the claim after deducting the percentages agreed upon beforehand Reviews the exit of spare parts or any equipment for fixing. Reviews all documents delivered by HR department regarding social insurance or income tax deductions before issuing the cheques. Reviews sales invoices according to the contracts, also following up on the deduction of the down payments if any. Supervises the internal audit programs by reviewing all accounting procedures, confirmation of accounts, inspection of physical operations and detection, investigation and prevention of fraud Reviews all custom clearance expenses documents ( for spare parts, soda ash, or any other imported goods ) in accordance with the custom rates, clearance expenses and contracted companys fees
Qualifications University degree in commerce / Accounting and equivalent work experience. More than 15 years experience in statutory audit or financial control position. Knowledge of the International Accounting Standards, (IAS) and the Generally Accepted Accounting Practices and Standards (GAAP / GAAS). understanding of the accounting and financial controls Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills. Exceptional management, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
