Description 1- Met with customers to understand their current technical environment, and provide technical solutions. 2- Prepare solution proposals, Generate Bill of Materials for quotations. 3- Install new machines on sites. 4- Introduce onsite training for products. 5- Developed strong relationships with strategic clients and vendors. 6- Designed solutions using the latest technology 7- Provided product updates and technical advice to clients ” Explained technical capabilities of solutions to the customer. 8- Attendance at conferences and working with Subject Matter Experts, and research to stay on top of changes in business, issues/requirements/regulations/Technology and understand where the market is going. 9- Attended industry trade shows, exhibitions, seminars and training sessions to promote products and services. 10- Responsible for providing feedback from the market to internal company to solve gaps between product functionality and market/customer demands. 11- Performed competitive analyses. 12- Presented the company products to clients ” Showcased drivers and value that supported the business case for the total cost of ownership to the customer. 13- Assist with the sales team to develop the selling strategy within the target accounts Created and delivered effective presentations and sales tools for the sales team. 14- Proactively engages in the sales cycles. 15- Work with sales team to provide pre/post sales support ” Worked with the sales team to design, propose, and close new deals/opportunities with customers.
Qualifications • BSc in Electrical Communication Engineer • CCDA, MCP Identity, MCP Infra structure • 1 To 3 Years Experience in the field of Presales Solutions.
