Description Not limited to 1.Revise offer related to the price list. 2.Revise purchase order related to final offer 3.Disturbing the Purchase order along the vendors orders 4.Review the specifications of the purchase orders 5.Review the prices of the purchase orders. 6.Confirmation of the purchase order and proforma invoice for different suppliers and send the confirmation to the financial and logistics department for follow their role. 7.Make sure of the purchasing all the terms of the contract 8.Accuracy and speed in finalizing the Purchase orders with suppliers. 9.Knowing what is remained from the items of the contract wasnt delivered yet to client. 10.Follow the damage reports of the projects and send PO for them 11.Checking the packing list. 12. Responsible for inventory
Qualifications Microsoft program, Hard worker, work under stress,honest, follow and work on mutli tasks, alert, punctual.
