Description 1. Ensures that all positions in production line are manned. Reports any absenteeism and arranges for immediate substitute. 2. Ensures that production targets are properly met. Keeps material and time wastages to the minimum. Ensures full utilization of machines and equipment. 3. Prepares production reports, points out any deviation from established targets and recommends corrective action as necessary, completes shift paper work. 4. Supervises preventive maintenance program. Makes sure it is performed as per schedule. 5. Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees. 6. Coordinates production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers. 7. Responsible for quality control. Make adjustments as necessary during shift to produce product within specifications. Rejects products that dont meet UGHI QC standards. 8. Enforces company safety rules and fire regulations, and ensures a clean and safe work area.
Qualifications Education: • Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. Experience: • Minimum 4 - 7 years experience in production. Skills: • Good command of English. • Very good computer skills (Word, Excel). • Basic management skills (Planning, Organizing, Controlling, & Leading). • Good communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills, team player and independent worker.
