Description —Organize, implement, conduct and manage the QC activities as per the Companys Quality Policy. — Coordinate the document controls of technical submittals, drawings, etc. — Coordinate all inspections; monitor the required tests and record inspections and tests made via the Control Plan and Customers Specifications. —Coordinate with the Production Team regarding work performance. —Perform statistical process control charts (SPC). —Perform measuring system analysis. —Assist QC Manager. —Attend Daily Review Meetings. —Responsible for continual improvement activities. —Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of receiving / in process and final inspection quality functions. —Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with approved data. —Support the Quality Inspectors. —Conduct audits, Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints according to FMEA methodology.
Qualifications 6-6 Years experience in similar post.
