Description     — Directing & filtering phone calls for Abraj Misr Sales dept. — Answer & direct phone calls & Transfer clients calls to sales team continuously and inform the sales team with clients data. — Receiving & greeting clients, guests and visitors. — Receiving incoming & outgoing couriers & mailing. — Handling incoming & outgoing faxes. — Prepare reports with received calls & visitors for the sales team. — Provide word processing & Administrative support & follow up with sales department.
