Description — Receive new clients data and visits appointments from the call center — Prepare contracts and forms before going to the client — Visit clients and complete the account opening procedures, sign contracts and ensure the cash deposits are done — Handle the program set up and train the clients on how to use the electronic trading and provide all the information/training needed to use the program — Deliver the contracts of the new clients to the auditing department to be reviewed — Responsible for sending the clients password to start using the service. — Responsible for solving clients technical problems on a timely manner.
