Description 1.Search for sales opportunities related to the construction sector. 2. Understand the key trends in the industry 3. Knowing your service/product very well i.e. technically (standard and optional configurations) and financially (i.e. costing and pricing) 4. Compile tenders (with help of tendering department) and follow-up 5. Marketing our services and products to the customer and/or industry 6. Knowing your competitors within the industry 7. Ensuring the marketing material for your product/service is developed, up-to-date and ready always, and marketing your product / service through web, adverts, exhibitions, etc 8. Oversee all customer inquiries and requests are appropriately responded to in a timely manner. 9. Arrange visits and hospitality for customers and others to promote The image of the company and its products. 10. Monitor the sales performance of competitors to ensure that the Company maintains and develops its competitive position
Qualifications Communication skills – Presentation skills – Ability to travel abroad – Hard Worker – Negotiation Skills
