Description —Ensure compliance to the law and the HSE-specific procedures and work instructions and assign a cross-functional HSE team —Work to obtain all relative required licenses —Planning of necessary safety devices, -signage and equipment agreed with the company management —Collaborate with responsible local work, health and environmental protection agencies and authorities; fire brigade, medical, -- etc. —Provide periodical reports with statistics and Mops to the local management team —Achieve audit as targeted —Run regular safety inspection of all work places on site —Monitor and ensure prevention measures of the fire protection and regular examinations of the fire protective and fighting equipment —Set up and maintain the emergency procedures and the first aiding devices —Prepare a list with the hazardous substances locally used for HSE- —Monitor and ensure collection of energy data (water, oil, electrical current, gas)
Qualifications •B.Sc. Engineering Degree •From 3 - 5 Year of experience •Excellent Presentation skills •Excellent communication skills •Negotiation skills •Excellent Problem solving skills •Multi- tasks oriented •Excellent Time management •Initiative & Responsible •Clear Conception of his Position
