Description —Producing detailed workings, drawings and specifications —Specifying the nature and quality of materials required —Preparing tender applications and presentations —Preparing applications for planning and building control departments —Preparing tender documents for contracts —Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings by using specialist computer-aided design (BIM) applications —Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists —Determining the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project —Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any related problems that may arise during construction —Making sure the project is running according to schedule and budget —Supervise all mechanical works (HVAC , Fire fighting , plumbing) —Prepare & follow up implementation plans for all mechanical units. —Supervise the technical office works —Supervise Technician to ensure efficient implementation works
Qualifications •Bachelor in Engineering ( Mechatronic , Architecture) •Excellent English Language •Experience from 5 – 7 years •Leadership skills - good communication skills , problem solving , decision making •Familiar with (REVIT) is essential
