Description a-Preparing and submitting daily shift reports including the performance of all the main equipment in the plant b-Monitoring both production lines and technical reporting of the shift incidents: equipment stoppage, unusual incidents, etc c-Coordination between the shift staff of both O&M contractors, keeping a positive community relationship Efficient follow up of maintenance activities all through the plant d-Maintain the safety policy e. propose actions and/or report deficiencies to the corresponding first line plant manager in a timely manner. Managing material receiving f- Control the mobile equipment including rented trucks and loaders, submitting their working hours on shift basis including penalties in case of improper actions made. g-. Crusher output, stoppages, O&M operators born reasons. h-. Monitoring chemistry of raw mix piles and report incidences. Control and monitor deliveries and stock of all the clay types supplied Follow up chemistry of raw meal produced: LSF, SR, AR, Sieves i- Follow up cement produced quality: sieve, blaine, sulphate, etc. j- Control and coordinate the operation of the palletizes with the forklift drivers to give first quality service to customers.
Qualifications A bachelors degree in science or engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical or instrumentation) from a recognized university. Minimum 1.5 years experience in cement plant or similar heavy industry. Technical experience in one or more fields of cement, steel, or petro-chemical industry.
