Description 1-Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems, applications and other IT equipments 2-Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks 3-Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults 4-Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports; 5-Setting up new users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;\ 6-In charge of office domain & active directory. 7-Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware, operating system, and software related problems 8-Troubleshoot and resolve basic network and server access problems for end-users, 9-Troubleshoot and resolve issues with WAN, VLAN, firewall, VPN, et 10-Perform software and basic internet troubleshooting, diagnostics, installation and resolution. 11-Responsible for machine backup. 12-Responsible for All IT technical Issues 13-Flowing company policy and work in all request send from the IT administrator
Qualifications + B.H in computer science or computer engineering + 2 to 3 years’ experience Bonus points: + CCNA Certificate + MSCE Certificate
