Description - Daily rounds at the sites, supervise all civil/architectural works - Do inspections and offer quotations for the required civil/architectural works and task orders - Monitor work quality with advising for performance improvement - Conduct on-job training sessions for the technical staff as planned - Plane and prepare the PM and CM schedules and technical reports - Ensure all staff apply safety rules and regulations - Develop stock of spare parts and observe the warehouse stock - Manage and supervise contractors activities Specific Mechanical responsibilities; - Fire fighting system - HVAC Air handling system Fan coil units Spirit unit IT rooms - Plumbing Domestic water system Sewage 24/7 operator presence Turbines for sewage and domestic water supplies - Chillers Central air Hourly readings and temperature Chemical content of chillers Cooling towers
Qualifications Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems Problem Solving Operation Monitoring Active Listening Analytical Thinking Selective Attention — The ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted
