Description —Set periodic and proactive Mechanical maintenance plans on annually, monthly and weekly basis. —Manage emergency Mechanical maintenance problems. —Control, Follow up and optimize spare parts stocks. —Installing new machines/equipment and applying required modifications. —Monitoring Mechanical maintenance and spare parts budgets. —Coordinate and supervise Mechanical maintenance contractors. —Documentation of Mechanical maintenance reports. —Keeping machine history and tracking spare parts usage. —Coordinate and follow up with concerned departments regarding Mechanical maintenance and spare parts planning. —Responsible for local spare parts, tools or equipment purchasing orders through issuing P.O forms. —Responsible for machines, spare parts, tools or equipment purchasing orders through SAP. —Handle Electrical maintenance staff shifts, vacations...etc. —Ensure all safety & Health rules are implemented by him and his staff in the department. —Implement all food safety rules and procedure as required
Qualifications B.Sc. of Mechanical Engineering Photoshop, Excel, Word,Oracle,SAP, PPT Report writing.
