Description 1.Receives service invoices form service staff and Forwards these to accounting staff 2.Records attendance and departure of the service staff 3. Maintains accurate records of customer contact information, summary of contact and problem resolution. 4.Checks regularly the company service contract signed with the customers 5.Prepares composite reports from individual reports of subordinates. 6.Contacts with the customer to ensure the high level of satisfaction 7.Performs other related duties as required 8.Receives customers feedback from the service staff and records the data into the computer to compile the work volume statistics
Qualifications • 4 years bachelor degree is preferably •Good communication skills; •An ability to work as part of a team •IT literacy; •Good interpersonal skills
