Description Responsibility of installing, implementing, and configuring passive and active component in the LAN. Key Responsibilities: 1.Implement wireless solutions and configure any brand of access point. 2.Implement Network management program (SWLMS). 3.Configure switches and routers for clients. 4.Assist in infra structures and cabling implementation. 5.Maintenance of Banks Switches. 6.Supervise of the Wi Max projects. 7.Document network problems and resolution for future reference in CRM. 8.Monitor system performance and implements performance tuning. Sales : To acquire new accounts and service existing accounts to be able to offer them new products/solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1.Client management. 2.Manage and handle current accounts and sell new solutions by understanding client needs and presenting appropriate integrated solutions. 3.Build market for MITEL, CISCO, CYBERTECH, THALES, MATICA, DELL, HP, VERISOFT, SPECTRONIC and other company partners. 4.Assist the Pre-sales/Technical team in preparing Technical specifications and RFPs for clients duly attending and documenting technical sessions. 5.Assist in preparing an appropriate solution covering design and BOM for VOIP, Recording and security systems. 6.Co-ordination with sales coordinator for completing all internal tasks related to sales. 7.Compliance to all Internal Sales Processes like MIS, Reporting, C Sat survey etc. 8.Prepare and negotiate financial offers. 9.Follow-up with the client till the closure of the sales cycle. 10.Assist in exploring new channels for driving sales activities e.g. partner events, conferences etc.
Qualifications •BSc in computer science and engineering • Team work skills spirit, handle multi tasks. • Eager to learn and gain experience.
