Description     Prepare report sent to the payroll & the legal affairs employee regarding all debts the employees have and communicate with the legal affairs employee to inform him with the end of employees installments. Prepare report regarding names of suppliers and dealers whom deducted from them tax to be submitted to the chief accountant. Prepare the needed entries regarding all deducted amounts from the employees salary. Review and ensure from the branches and head office budgets expenditures (continues budget) to be able to prepare the needed entries on the Oracle application. Develop advanced expenditure entries and its monthly installments and follow it up. Prepare each employee mobile bill. Follow up with the franchise branch to pay the needed bills. Prepare new code for the new suppliers, customers and employees on the general ledger to be able to follow up their accounts. Develop all needed reports regarding the resigned employee debts and general ledger reports. Perform monthly monitoring on different branches to ensure aligning with the accounting standards and companys rules. Develop all needed entries regarding payroll deductions for each employee, telephone expenditure after ensuring paying it‡etc. Performs any other duties with the same level of authority.
Qualifications    Faculty of commerce, accounting. ( English section is a must) 0-1 years of experience in accounting. ( fresh graduates are more preferable) Fully awareness by the accounting standards. Good command of English language spoken and written. Excellent computer skills special in (Excel, Word, Access) also Specialized programs in accounting and financial analysis and budgeting. Ability to work under pressure and deadlines. Very good organization skills and well disciplined.
