Description 1.Prepares the Accounting department operating budget and consolidates all departments budgets, and monitors operating expenses against the approved budgets. 2.Ensures that administration of the monthly payroll is done properly. 3.Monitors and approves all cash in-flow and out-flow to ensure proper cash flow management. 4.Manages and monitors all activities within the Financial Reporting and Budgeting including; financial analysis and reporting, budgeting, GL maintenance, and cash management. 5.Ensures protection of company assets, internal control, internal auditing and assuring proper insurance coverage. 6.Supervises the implementation of any new financial systems or programs and ensures proper staff orientation and training on those systems. 7.Prepares and submits the monthly financial reports (i.e. PandL, analysis of actual vs. budget, bank reconciliation and Balance Sheet reconciliation) to the Financial Director. 8.Generates management, and statistical reports for the top management to help them in the decision making process. 9.Liaises with the external auditor while ensuring the implementation of their management observations in due time and with the level of efficiency required. 10.Directs and maintains standard financial system in oracle. 11.In addition to any other tasks assigned by the direct Manager.
Qualifications Bachelor degree, major Accounting. CPA is preferred.
