Description Recommends improvements to policy and handle the implementation of instructions covering all areas of Trade Marketing activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service — Coordinates & arranges Sales & Marketing communications ensuring full alignment between both departments. Ensure Sales Managers acknowledgment of trade marketing activities that reflect the marketing brand strategy by establishing regular Communication & discussions with sales managers to get their alignment and support. — Analysis of the competitor activities by channel — Regular reports & information to be sent to all the concerned parties to ensure all are aware with the market updates Contribute in identifying the opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account “international best practice. Help in achieving the brands volume & KPIs targets Achieving number of visits to market The quality of the reports / information based on the market visits Quality & efficiency of the communication between the TM & sales team. Productively use the SWOT done of each channel
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business related major Excellent knowledge of MS applications and English language Proven Analytical, communication, planning and organizational skills relevant experience in the Trade Marketing, Marketing or Sales (Modern Trade) field FMCG background is a must
