Description 1.Control of outstanding debt in order to maximize cash flow and minimize bad debts. 2.Control key areas of activity ” collection and maintenance of all client accounts. 3.Examine the open invoices in Accounts Receivable system & follow up collection of Bank Guarantees. 4.Monitor overdue accounts ensuring on time collection and aiming to have zero over dues. 5.Oversee and handle the mechanism for escalation of unresolved queries and problems regarding collection of credit. 6.Identify accounts require follow up via customer visits, Faces/Emails, letters, phone calls. 7.Persuade customers to pay amounts due on credit accounts, damage claims, or no payable checks, or to return merchandise & advise them of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment. 8.Confer with customers to determine reasons for overdue payments and to review the terms of sales, service, or credit contracts. 9.Supervise the team of collectors to collect debts by various recognized methods. 10.Responsible do develop clear lines of communication with all areas of the company regarding outstanding amounts and debts. 11.Prepare periodic and statistical reports/ statements regarding all transactions that have taken place in order to support the management in the decision making process. 12.In addition to any other tasks assigned by the direct Manager.
Qualifications Bachelor degree, major Accounting.
