Description 1.Plan, evaluate and manage fleet capacity and utilization. 2.Responsible for efficiency KPIs and standards of the fleet. 3.Manage the operation and maintenance of the organizations motor vehicles. 4.Develop and implement vehicle and equipment preventive maintenance programs. 5.Develop and maintain outside vendor and service provider relationships. 6.Control the maintenance and repair of vehicles in the fleet. 7.Organize replacement and disposal of damaged or old vehicles. 8.Ensure all proper documentation is done (work orders, vehicle inspections). 9.Manage vehicle handover teams and shifts. 10.Responsible to ensure proper operation techniques to ensure safety of operation and of company assets. 11.Analyze trip delays and implement changes to process to save time. 12.Schedule weekly and daily work assignments for drivers. 13.Monitor driver attendance, documents violations, and prepare infraction notices. 14.Ensure driver performance evaluations are completed and that drivers meet all contractual standards. 15.Organize regular driver safety meetings, evaluate safety and training programs to improve effectiveness. 16.Respond to accidents and conduct accident investigations including all required reports. 17.Report fleet cost, performance, profitability. 18.Coordinate fleet workflow. 19.In addition to any other tasks assigned by the direct Manager.
Qualifications B.Sc. from any discipline.
