Description Ensure complying with the labor law and social insurance regulations and procedures Assisting in the Payroll process; Review time sheets to calculate absence, punishment and overtime(According to Egyptian Labor Law)Checking Starters documents and submitting them to the social insurance officeEnsure the completion of Social Insurance Form 2Following and maintaining contract renewal procedure. Responsible for updating Holidays Balance and Disciplinary Actions Database. Keeping employees files always updated and well maintained. Conducting the Orientation program for the new comers and coordinate in Headcount budget. Handle End of Probation and Contracts Renewal.Responsible for Starters, Leavers, Transfers, promotion and termination issues. Transportation Coordination
Qualifications University Degree• Very good experience in Payroll & social insurance activities• Excellent computer skills; word and excel. •Knows how to deal with labor office and governmental authorities•Very Good spoken and written English and Arabic • Quiet and calm personality and can deal with difficult people• Can work under pressure and can do several tasks at the same time.
