Description — Supervise, perform and administer jobs analysis and descriptions, manpower planning, selection and hiring (recruitment), performance management, training and development, career planning and succession management, and recognition and awards — Coach, guide and handle management and employees for HR Development-related requirements and questions — Plan, guide, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff — Participate in the description, evaluation, classification, and rating of occupations and job positions — Develop, administer and evaluate applicant tests, and perform all related selection and hiring activities — Analyze training needs to design employee development and training, selection of related service providers, and administering training effectiveness — Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of HR Development challenges and develop recommendations for improvement of related policies, practices, and processes — Suggest and participate in the development of budgets for HR Development operations, including manpower plan — Maintain records and compile/prepare statistical and management reports and measurement/indicators concerning areas of responsibility — Cooperate with Personnel in all areas of linkages between the sections within HR — Support Division Director in fulfilling related company objectives and plans
Qualifications • Education – Bachelor or License degree (4-5 years), post graduate studies/certificates shall be an asset • Relevant Experience – 7 to 10 years in reputable well-structured companies • Languages – Arabic and English, fluent (reading, business writing and comprehension) • Computer – MS Office, Email, HRIS shall be an asset
