Description Talent Acquisition * Design and Implement Organizational Structure * Conduct All Recruitment Activities for white and blue collars starting from * Developing Job Analysis/ Description for all positions within the company *Developing external networks to support sourcing efforts/ Conducting pre-recruitment meetings to develop HR Plan and discuss the needs of the departments/Searching for Qualified Candidates/Developing timeline, screening criteria, interview questions and reference check to be used by HR/Archiving and Short Listing Received CVs as received / Call Candidates to decide upon Interview time/Conduct Tests/Do Background checks/Deliver HR Interview Assessment Reports ****Training * Develop Skills Matrix * Develop Training Plan * Follow up on Training Plan execution and assessment * Follow up on prerequisites for training * Build a database for training sources
Qualifications Experience in Recruitment and Training

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
