Enhancing ALEF policies, procedures with a clear focus on developing and coaching Human assets, and Branding ALEF working environment as a positive, learning and friendly environment that open the path for fast promotions and higher positions to those whom are passionate, self-learners, have sense of commitment and ownership.
Qualifications • Minimum of a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development. • A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.. • A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management preferred to be in a retail background. • Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and and preventive labor relations, preferred. • Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement, preferred. • Possess on-going affiliations with leaders in successful companies and organizations that practice effective Human Resources Management.
