Description —Provide documentation quality control on construction projects. —Provides basic contract administration support at construction field office. —Assist in the coordination of construction contracts.—Prepares construction contract correspondence for supervisor review. —Assists with coordination of the bidding process and correspondence flow for change orders and modification. —Prepares construction contract correspondence for supervisor review—Assist in preparation of bid packages—Assist Project Managers with the preparation and maintenance of construction schedules—Prepares and maintains documentation of work performed in accordance record keeping procedures—Prepare and maintain documentation and document control associated with a project in accordance with policies and procedures —Assist in the preparation of additional work orders —Assist with requirements for project close out
Qualifications 1- A good command of Microsoft office 2 A previous experience in multi national company.
