Description Organize warehouse. Handle the distribution process of the products to the branches, inside the country. Receives and verifies accuracy of incoming international shipments Receives shipments & ensures goods are delivered undamaged and exactly as ordered (quantity, quality, description etc.) In case of international orders: Reports requirement of material when it reaches minimum level or in case of increase of consumption. Receives equipment sent for repair from branches and ensures correct documentation. Delivers equipment to repair shop with correct documentation and follows up on repair cost and informs relevant admin co-coordinator to send offer for repair to client. Receives order list from branches (Hurgada/Sharm El Sheikh/Luxor/Marsa Allam, etc). Sorts, packs and co-ordinates to deliver material to respective branches. Ensures all equipment to be sent to clients/branches is complete / in good condition and in excellent working order. Co-ordinates with purchasing department for local orders and ensures that all local purchases are officially received within the warehouse with correct paperwork. Responsible for warehouse of spare parts, instrumentation and equipment sent for repair. Sorts and places materials within spare parts warehouse. Beginning of the month prepares report on inventory count and sends to Cairo Financial manager. Does a monthly stock check of warehouse and compare with the inventories management system Supervises of housekeeping of warehouse and workshop area. Oversee truck loading operations to ensure all policies and procedures are followed accordingly.
Qualifications Must be highly competent to carry out daily activities. Knowledge of safety precautions in the warehouse. Excellent crisis management, decision making skills. Time management, organizational and people management skills. Mature, credible and comfortable in dealing with people. From 1-2 years of experience
