Description —Provide general administrative and technical support for the communications and visibility department —Assist in developing new and maintaining and improving existing PR and communication materials (such as fact sheets, standardised presentations, webpage, brochures, newsletters, films, etc.) —Assist in drafting and finalizing documents, visibility materials for other colleagues —Assist in preparing and organizing delegation visits to the programme as well as organisation of meetings, workshops and conferences
Qualifications •A recent graduate with a B.A. in a discipline related to the measure’s goals (e.g. journalism, media studies, development studies, political science, economics, sociology, etc.)

Car owner Any
Experience 0 – New Graduate Years.
Other Skills •High self-motivation and an ability to work independently •Good organisation and reporting skills •Excellent command of MS-Office •Strong interest in communications, journalism, marketing •Strong interest in NGOs, participation and/or informal areas •Previous experience in journalism / communications (recommended)
Salary (L.E.) Negotiable
Comments The whole internship will have duration of 6 months, preferably starting the 01.01.2015. Working days are from Sunday to Thursday (8 hours/day).
