Description 1.Appoint companys legal consultants 2.Negotiate with lawyers on legal structure of MMS LLC in Egypt 3.Proceed with office necessities (get quotations, negotiate, check quality, compare, etc.) 4.Co-ordinate with legal advisors on marketing in Egypt 5.File corporate account with government social insurance and taxation 6.Ensure consistent compliance standard application for all staff 7.Facilitate operational procedures for MMS LLC for banking in Egypt 8.Co-ordinate will other offices on new-hires preparation (IT ” laptop and e-mail set up, operations ,HR ” required documents, Local governance ” legal registration) 9.Train new hires on the industry and sale force (for marketing and sales) 10.Appoint company financial auditors 11.Prepare quarterly or monthly budget for office expenses 12.Train new hires on the industry and sale force (for marketing and sales) 13.Set and monitor target performances for BDEs 14.Monitor social media feed to insure replying to clients inquiries correctly and in timely-manner 15.Support in obtaining marketing quotations for offline and online marketing 16.Co-ordinate MMS-sponsored seminars in Egypt 17.Perform KPIs on marketing campaigns to measure their success
Qualifications 1. Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access 2. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written 3.Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style. 4.Excellent people manager, open to direction and +Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done 5. Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization. 6. Ability to look at situations from several points of view 7. Persuasive with details and facts 8. Delegate responsibilities effectively
