Description Communicate effectively since the job primarily involves liaising with clients, couriers and other operational departments. —Ensure that quality assurance checks are completed and maintained. —Responsible for monitoring deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods. —Using excellent customer service skills, establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other employees, officials, and all members of the general public —Maintains Dynamic systems and procedures at project start-up including set up of the master filing system —Performs general administrative and record keeping functions including the review and distribution of documentation, preparation of correspondence and meeting minutes, maintenance of files, logs, drawings and specifications. —Supports project close-out by creating turnover documents and archiving documentation.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in management, administration or related field. •Military experience a definite advantage. •Minimum 6 years of experience in the field operations and logistics preferably with a military organization. •Excellent knowledge of computer Microsoft suite of programs. •Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-tasks. Experience in concrete products
