Description Provide deep analysis for customer business requirements and existing infrastructure and be able to identify correct solutions accordingly Provide consultation and guidance to customers according to their business requirements Handle technical communication with customers and other companies. Collaborate with other companies departments to deliver complete solution to the customer Prepare and present technical presentations to customers Study the received documents contained technical specifications carefully and get an idea of the type and volume of the work in the operation, project or tender and the required delivery date and make a work study and a technical offer suitable for competition. Study the companys products from the product catalogs for technical offers. Proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assess customers met and unmet needs, and recommend optimum solutions, ensuring appropriate support for the proposed architecture. Present inquiries related to operations, projects or tenders to the sales /export departments. If required, act as a Project Manager for each deal to ensure the final solution is delivered towards customers expectation and initial proposals. Secure input from all necessary solutions stakeholders within the customer firm. Adapt solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support. Coordinate closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers business requirements. Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channels, or teams supported. In addition to any other tasks assigned by the Direct manager.
Qualifications Bachelor of Electrical power Engineering
