Description —Operate master consoles in order to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and use. —Verify technical accuracy and consistency of configuration changes made by system operators during infrastructure build process or maintaining. —Evaluate and Recommend process and Technology improvements. —Work with users to determine their technical requirements and design solutions accordingly. —Implement, test and maintain disaster recovery plans for production servers. —Adhering to set processes and procedures. —Identifies trends and source of problem(s), and recommends/initiates corrective action. —Monitors and evaluates operating efficiency, analyzes hardware/software performance and tuning. —Performs long-range and capacity planning studies.
Qualifications •Diploma in Computer Systems, Systems. •At least 2 years extensive working experience in MS and Linux environment •Experience with Cloud Technologies (Amazon AWS is a big advantage) •Gained most of her/his experience in an online operation with an online company. •Problem solving and research skills. •Leadership skills. •Web applications management experience. •Experience in Linux administration and configuration. •Customer management skills is an advantage. •Experience in networking products. •Experience in security products and solutions. •Experience in Microsoft Active Directory environment is an advantage. •Experience in Microsoft SQL is advantage.
