Description 1.Receives suppliers LPO/invoices. 2.Matches values of invoices and payment orders. 3.Ensures and obtains required signatures 4.Releases payments and resolve invoice discrepancies. 5.Open new suppliers accounts as authorized. 6.Handle cash 7.Handle accrual for the end of month. 8.Reconciles supplier statements. 8.monitors accounts to ensure payments are up to date. 9.Follows up and monitors all relevant documentation process. 10.Acts as a liaison between departments and suppliers. 11.Handle all cash payments, payroll, and follow settlement of advances 12.monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date. 13.Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential. 

Qualifications Bachelor degree in Commerce preferable Accounting

Car owner Any 

Education major Accounting 

Experience 3 - 5 Years. 

Other Skills Very Good Command English Language of both written and spoken Good command in Excel and ERP Software.
