Description 1.Posts customer payments by recording cash and check transactions. 2.Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions. 3.Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices. 4.Maintains all records related to customers. 5.Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from account management departments, and from customers; 6.Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries. 7.Resolves invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures. 8.Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line; coordinating contact with collections department/Account management. 9.Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account; verifying totals; preparing report. 10.Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential. 11.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. 12.Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Qualifications - Bachelor degree in Commerce preferable Accounting

Other Skills Very Good Command English Language of both written and spoken Good command in Excel and ERP Software.
