Description Ensures version control integrity for software components by reviewing account/project requirements and establishing a reliable approach and process for resolving discrepancies and package application releases and batches to be deployed on different environments. Roles and responsibilities — Selecting the best tools and methodologies for configuration management according to project operational nature and needs. — Managing deployment releases and batches which includes: o Compiling and packaging the source code o Managing source-code branching if required o Provide deployment instruction document for each release and batch o Contribute on the deployment release document preparation — Support application deployment on various environments — Troubleshoot problems as needed in the QC and Production environments — Managing releases and batches tagging and versioning — Installing and configuring continuous integration tools and related Junit test cases
Qualifications • GIT, SVN, and VSS experience is required *Minimum six years total experience on software development field which includes at least three years’ experience on configuration management *Bachelors degree in computer science or any related fields (IT, Software Engineering…)
