Description 1. Answer staff questions in person and/or via phone on all company supported Services & applications handling Incidents and service requests including 1.1. Logging details of Incidents and service requests with issuing a tracking Ticket number. 1.2. Providing first-line investigation and diagnosis. 1.3. Advise on appropriate action to restore the defected service. 1.4. Close the Ticket (case). 2. Perform the service desk & operations in-accordance to the Service Disk Management System RACI model authority Matrix that Defines roles and responsibilities of every event party. 3. Serve as liaison between staff and the technology department to fulfill request for IT services & restore failed services. 4. Work one-on-one with staff on application projects. 5. Document resolutions for future reference. 6. Other duties as assigned by Operations & Service Desk Supervisor or MIS Manager.
Qualifications a Bachelors Degree in information technology or computer science and one to two years of Technical Support Operations and/or Service Desk experience preferable in a similar business. Preferable ITIL V3 Foundation or Equivalent, ICDL Track Courses, Microsoft Certified Technical Support in Vista.

Other Skills 1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent. 2.
