Description Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner Supervises the day-to-day operations of IT Applications to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, Ensuring the integration of all systems components; e.g., procedures, databases, policies, software, and hardware. Ensure the sharp application of information security/ information assurance policies, principles, and practices. Manage event managements for critical and important events. Write, debug, and maintain code. Assuring applications quality and functionality. Writing and maintaining documentation. Ensuring systems availability, functionality, integrity, and efficiency; Processes and procedures Evaluate established methods and procedures and prepare recommendations for changes in methods and practices where appropriate. Document customer business rules, .business cases, incidents, problems, events and alerts. Design user interfaces Preparing business cases for the application of IT solutions. Defining systems scope and objectives. Planning and scheduling the installation of new or modified hardware and operating systems and applications software. Performing needs analyses to define opportunities for new or improved business process solutions. Conduct/implement business process reengineering.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering experience as System Analyst for OPM Oracle ERP modules with strong knowledge in: 1- Costing 2- Inventory(OPM) 3- Purchasing and PRs 4- Having good knowledge in Oracle SLA.
