Description 1- Verifies and posts accounts receivable transactions to ledgers and other records. Follows established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc. Sorts and files documents after posting. May prepare bank deposits. May operate a personal computer. Requires understanding of bookkeeping procedures. 2- Recommend and implement policies, operating procedures and processing methods to ensure efficient and accurate processing of accounts receivable transactions, Perform daily and monthly reconciliation, Reviews invoices for accuracy and completeness. Sorts documents by account name or number and processes invoices for collection, review transaction procedures, tracking and reporting methods. No management responsibilities but may be required to coach more junior members of the team.
Qualifications • Holds a bachelors degree in Accounting. • Experience in an industrial field is a must . • Excellent language skills English – written & spoken. • ERP Oracle knowledge.
