Description —Initiates and develops the sales department through setting the department objectives, hiring, training and coaching the sales team besides ensuring the achievement of the annual goals set with the company CEO. —Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. —Personally handle key accounts besides seeking for new leads and opportunities throughout the complete sales cycle. —Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams. —Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans for the sales team and following up on work results. —Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. —Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. —Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. —Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. —Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications •6 – 9 years of experience •Previous experience in the IT sector is a must (Relevant engineering education is a plus) •Basic Skills: Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Staffing
