Description Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: -Handling the day to day operational inquiries and supporting system users from different business areas in solving system related problems. -Cooperating with the business process team to serve the departmental objective of improving business processes across different business units in the group and defining business requirement on a continual basis. Also, participate in the development and implementation of new tools to support management in the decision making process Main duties and responsibilities: -Follow up with key users on a daily basis to ensure system is functioning properly. -Communicate effectively with IT department to ensure system problems related to connectivity and infrastructure is clearly addressed. -Assess the as-is process design and propose improved process designs according to business needs defined by business process manager. -Conduct a detailed analysis of new business requirements and develop the Fit-Gap-Analysis document. -Properly communicate to end users new changes in processes and offer them required training to operate the new changes on the system. -Participate in any new ERP implementation projects inside or outside the ASEC GROUP companies
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, computer science or Business Administration. -Years Of Experience : 2-4 -Highly experienced in Enterprise Applications particularly in MS Dynamics AX. -Strong analysis, design, and development skills. -Technical skills in ERP configuration and development is a plus. -V.Good interpersonal and communication skills -V.Good presentation skills
