Description — Provide deep analysis for customer business and system requirements — Identify customer organizations strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement — Handle Technical communication and provide consultation and guidance to customers according to their business requirements — Develop RFP documents for system functions and modules — Review business process details and output work products to prepare a complete detailed list of system features — Provide responses for RFPs through proposals including highly customized, technical information as well as budgeting by analyzing and understanding customer needs — Collaborate with a number of entities consisting of development, engagement, quality, architecture teams and partner companies abroad and local to deliver best customer solution — Create proof of concepts and onsite deployments for a number of technologies — Present demos and Technical presentations to customers — Look for and learn myriad of software products, technologies, and applications to be able to understand customers pain areas and suggest best-class solutions — Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in the enterprise software domain
Qualifications Requirements: • 4+ years software presales Experience • Fluent English is a Must. • Understand and use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft SharePoint 2013 is Recommended, • Understand and use of diverse technologies such as but not limited to IBM Web sphere Portal/Application Server/CMS /J2EE / Oracle suite
