Description Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner Supervises the day-to-day operations of Payable& Receivable Accounts to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures Follow up AP reports (AP trial balance, advances to vendors and its aging, Accounts Payable trial balance and purchasing accruals report) in order to meet the deadline of monthly closing. Obtains the necessary approval for all invoices and validates against contract requirements Establishes and manages vendor Data base within USCE Create new customers and Prices on the system after get the needed approvals (as per LOA), in order to enhance customers statement and to apply any penalties if any Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet Savola and department requirements, policies and standards Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college in Accounting, Finance Preferable previous experience in ERP System Knowledge of accounting systems, which includes system processes and data flow
