Description *Installs, tests and maintains a variety of personal computing H/W and S/W with local area networks *Performs diagnostic tests, modifies or repairs hardware *Replaces H/W or S/W as needed *Assists client in software and hardware problem resolution *Installation, testing and troubleshooting and maintenance of detection and CTX devices *Logs calls and takes appropriate action to ensure a satisfactory response within acceptable time frames for the clients and according to the service level agreements *Keeps up to date with current trends and is prepared to make recommendations *Keeps customer log and machine logs updated *Follows support documentation *24/7 on call
Qualifications *2years experience *IP & NETWORK SKILLS *Microsoft windows server 2008-2013 *installation, Testing, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance of electronic devices. *UNIX-LINUX Basic administration. *H/W Installation. *SQL/Oracle database background.

Other Skills *Strong understanding of a wide variety of personal computing equipment and software. *Ability to follow manuals and read complicated instructions. *Good Knowledge of electronic skills *Ability to operate a variety of standard office equipment including personal computers, printers, etc. *Experience in a support capacity in a user-oriented environment. *CISCO Networking basis (not mandatory) *Good Communication Skills. *Fast Learner.
